Although medical education has seen a shift toward interactive teaching in small groups that actively involves students in learning, didactic teaching, despite drawbacks such as student isolation and low stimulation of disquisitional thinking, is still a very unremarkably used pedagogy method. For didactic teaching to be effective, teachers must possess strategies and skills that enable them to teach effectively in large groups and increase students' knowledge retention. This can be accomplished if class sessions are planned in accelerate with the aim of making them interactive and engaging with all students. In the following article, I write about my experiences using the CASCADE method, an acronym of the words "create," "assess," "sequence," "charisma," "activate," "discussion," and "eastward-device," which creates interactive didactic sessions.

Abstract Aims: Chronic pelvic pain is a common condition observed in main health care, nevertheless no inquiry has surveyed the experience of these individuals inside the health system. Sixty percent reported a negative feel while expressing their symptoms such as feeling uncomfortable and hesitant and 67% reported feeling disappointed with the quality of health intendance obtained from the providers. Patients were near disappointed with the level of dismissiveness and the lack of noesis and personalized intendance received. The boilerplate overall satisfaction reported was iii.93 out of ten. Conclusions: These findings highlight the urgent demand to provide early on education regarding adequate diagnostic approaches for Health Care Provider.
